- What services do you provide?
Fourth Cup provides design services for a variety of print materials such as brochures and mail pieces in addition to basic Web site and e-mail design.
- Can I get more than one type of design created?
Certainly. I encourage multiple design projects—for example, an informational brochure alongside a promotional e-mail. This strategy can help create a powerful brand identity that will keep your customers familiar with your organization and it’s products.
- When can I expect the design to be complete?
Depending on the number of clients that currently have designs in progress and the amount of work your project requires, it may take me as little as a week to create your design to even months. During our initial contact, you’ll receive an estimate based these two conditions. After the creative process is established a rough project time table is then set up. In addition, regular updates are made as well to keep your project moving smoothly.
- What materials do I need to supply to you?
Once a contract is established, you may be provided a simple questionaire to complete that will spearhead the creative process. I will also ask at this time any materials that you wish to use such as company-owned photos, logos, documents, etc … are gathered accordingly so that they may be used to their full extent.
- How can I make changes to my design?
Wanting to make changes to your design is completely natural. Any time you wish to add, edit or even remove content during the design process, simply login above to access your project’s details. Using this online feature to review and make comments about your project lowers the chance of an error considerably compared to impromptu/voiced instructions.
- How is payment arranged?
A non-refundable payment of 50% is required upfront to help fund the cost of the design process. After the final approval of your design, the additional 50% of payment is due before the delivery of your design.*
*Please note: Design payments are subjected to change. Your payments do not include any Web hosting, setup, printing or mailing services that may be provided through third-party vendors.
- What all do I receive upon completion?
- Do you offer Web hosting?
Fourth Cup does not offer direct Web hosting. However, I have worked with a variety of Web hosting providers and would be happy to direct you to them and assist you with their services.
- What about printing services?
Unfortunately, Fourth Cup does not have the manpower and equipment to commercially print your designs. I do have business connections with third-party print vendors that can do this for you and have it delivered right to your door.

Coming soon! Fourth Blend™ is an exclusive design blog at fourthcup.org where my clients and viewers can read online about the information that I find on the Web in addition to my opinions on the latest trends in the graphic design industry. It’s almost like having your very own news correspondent!
